Background and Analysis:
The LOTT Clean Water Alliance has approved a contribution of up to $75,000 for another hygiene trailer to be located at the mitigation site at 303 Franklin Street. The unit is identical to the one that is already at the site and will be purchased from Shelter Solutions. This will allow the City to reduce the number of portable toilets and handwashing stations.
