Background and Analysis:
On August 17, 2020, Commissioners received briefings from the Finance Director and other city staff regarding the Preliminary Capital Facilities Plan, 2021-2026 Financial Plan (CFP). The Planning Commission public hearing is scheduled for September 21, 2020.
A temporary subcommittee was created for purposes of reviewing the CFP and formulating a recommendation for consideration by the full Planning Commission. This the first of two meetings where the subcommittee will discuss elements of the CFP in preparation for the public hearing. The second meeting will be held on September 22, 2020 where thesubcommittee will prepare a recommendation for consideration and action at the October 5, 2020 Planning Commission meeting.
