Discuss options for content and date for a 2020 Heritage Commission Retreat.

Background and Analysis:
The annual retreat is typically used to review workplan progress and set new goals for the coming year’s workplan. As an option, the OHC 2020 retreat time could be used to focus on commission training instead, and continue the 2020 workplan goals and actions as amended in June, into 2021.
