Background and Analysis:
Updating the PBIA ordinance and bylaws has been a priority for the board, however this has been put on hold while the Downtown Alliance developed its plan for the Downtown Improvement District. As this initiative has been put on hold indefinitely due to the pandemic, the board decided to revisit this item.
At its October meeting, the board reviewed OMC 3.62 and their bylaws, highlighting areas needing work. Staff will review these areas and provide a recommendation.
