Item 2.c of the Advisory Committee Rules of Procedure notes . . .
officers of the committee shall consist of a Chair and Vice Chair or Co-Chairs selected from members of the committee by consensus or by a majority vote if consensus cannot be reached. The officers shall be selected at the committee’s regular meeting in November or December. The officers shall serve for a one-year term of office beginning in January.
At their October 8 meeting, Commissioners discussed Vice-Chair Dobler moving to the Chair position for 2021, with Commissioners Murray and Burlingame expressing interest in the Vice-Chair position. Commissioner Murray was provided first option, which she has subsequently declined.
