Background and Analysis:
The Heritage Commission’s 2020 Work Plan includes an annual retreat as part of a goal for Commission Planning and Development. A date has not been set. It is anticipated that there will be one business item on the October meeting agenda, for approval of a Special Valuation application. The City continues to hold all public meetings virtually at this time.
It is proposed that the commission use the October meeting for annual retreat, following the scheduled business item. A training topic related to developing new local historic district is being planned.
