Project Information:
Olympic Capital Growth, plans on developing parcels #11808340900 and #11808340700. Both are currently zoned R 4-8 and have one single family dwelling, which will be removed. These 5 acres border our property we call “Bayan Trails”, a retirement and townhouse project, which is zoned R-18. We currently are proposing to build 60 townhomes on the two parcels mentioned above with access from 6th street we will be extending West during the Bayan Trails project.
