This is the final phase of a 2 phased project. Phase 1 was completed in 2021. The south portion of the site has an existing single-story building that will be demolished and replaced with a 5 story building that will house 64 supportive housing units with a mix of studio and 1-bedroom options, vehicle parking and landscaping.
