The project application 21-5604 which includes the remodel of the existing maintenance building, existing pavement replacement around the existing maintenance building, demolition of the existing administration building, parking lot regrading and new parking lot installation with landscaping and other associated improvements has been amended to include a 23,800 square foot covered parking and accessory storage structure located at the rear of the existing maintenance building.
