Background and Analysis:
On October 4, 2022, the City Manager presented the proposed 2023 Operating Budget to the City Council. The Finance Committee will be presented budget information for their review and discussion in its meetings in October and November.
At the October meeting, staff will focus on 2023 budget information, which will include a presentation on rate and fee changes for 2023; Property Tax for 2023, and General Fund revenues for 2023.
