Project Information:
My proposed use of the building utilizes the structure in a way that preserves the appearance of the historical building. I would like to enclose the alley side of garage for storage of electrical equipment and parts. I would like to add a non-structural wall inside for partition at the end of restrooms. This will provide for more storage and a small space for an office. The front side of garage I would like to keep it open the same as now and put food trucks in the covered portion of the open area. I would like to use the inside area next to the garage for seating and to provide and sale tap brews and beverages.
