Background and Analysis:
The proposed 2025 OMPD Advisory Committee Work Plan mirrors the structure of the 2024 plan with the addition of a briefing on a proposed debt package to fund two large scale projects and outlines two scheduled meetings. The committee's focus will be on reviewing compliance with the funding levels outlined in the Interlocal Agreement between the City and the OMPD.
