Project Information:
After doing the critical area studies its has been found that there is buildable area on the northern side of my property. I plan to use this area for a small development. The original 10,000 sf building footprint has been significantly reduced to align with the goals of SMA. My team has followed the steps of mitigation sequencing to develop a 4 Plex with a 3000-sf building footprint. Our Geotech’s have also created plans to incorporate a driveway that also acts as a retaining wall for steep slopes. I look forward to meeting and discussing the project.
