Project Information:
This project proposes to construct a drive-thru espresso stand on flat, vacant land, just south of the Arco station. Access is from the east along Evergreen Park Drive. Two entrances are proposed to allow for property queuing of cars and 3 parking spaces onsite for employees. The property will be served by City water and sewer, mains are located in Evergreen Park Drive and services will be extended to the lot as part of this project.
