Background and Analysis:
This agreement will increase participant safety, staff resources, and other costs (like bathroom cleaning and video camera installation) related to the Mitigation Site. Costs that were previously paid by the city outside this agreement, like portable toilet maintenance and cleaning, has now been included in this agreement.
Total contracted costs in 2021 will not exceed $590,075. This agreement was $547,030 in 2020 but that agreement did not include costs paid by the city (like portable toilet rental) that has been replaced with bathrooms within the site.

Performance-Related Outcomes and Service Partners:
As of March 20, 11 participants at Mitigation have moved to supportive housing at Quixote Village, Plum Street Village tiny houses, Drexel House supportive housing or other more stable housing or shelter outcomes.

Four participants have enrolled in substance use treatment at Northwest Resources to date in 2021.
